Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Essbase Support/Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting Essbase environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with monitoring tools, and a solid background in database management, particularly Oracle. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, and manage Essbase environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Essbase.
- Monitor system performance using tools such as ITRS, Genius, Krafan, or App Dynamics.
- Utilize Oracle database management skills to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Schedule and manage jobs using Autosys.
- Handle ticketing and incident management through ServiceNow.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and insights.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Essbase support/administration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., ITRS, Genius, Krafan, App Dynamics).
- Strong database experience, particularly with Oracle.
- Familiarity with Autosys for job scheduling.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows environments.
